What we shipped, newest first. Only things you can use today make this list.

October 2026

  1. Insights

    Dashboards you build and share

Managers can now build their own dashboards. Click Edit, add widgets and pick a metric for each: a number, a line per week, bars by rep or by call type, or a table of the most commented or lowest scored calls. Drag widgets to reorder them.

Short on time? Start from the Team performance template, or duplicate any dashboard you can see. Rep overview is there too, as a built-in dashboard.

Each dashboard is yours alone or shared with all managers. Your dashboards sit under Dashboards in the sidebar. Filter on dates, reps, teams and call types, download any widget as CSV or PNG, and press Full screen for a wall screen or the Monday meeting.

  2. CRM

HubSpot: drafted notes, tasks and stage changes

An owner or manager now connects HubSpot once, under Settings → Integrations. Drummer keeps a read-only copy of your companies, contacts, deals and owners, kept current as they change in HubSpot.

Each call is linked to the deal or company it was about, and the call page shows the deal’s stage. If the link is wrong, fix it by hand.

After every linked call, Drummer drafts a note, follow-up tasks and a stage change. The rep or manager edits, approves or rejects each one; nothing reaches HubSpot before that. An approved note links back to the call. If the deal moved stage in the meantime, Drummer says so instead of overwriting it. The new Tasks page lists every draft waiting for a decision.

  3. AI

Your calls in Claude and ChatGPT

Drummer now has an MCP server, so the AI assistant you already use can work with your calls. Claude, Claude Code and ChatGPT connect to it and can list your calls, open one, read its transcript and see the scorecards.

Access is read-only and follows your role: an assistant sees exactly the calls you can see. Copy the MCP URL from Settings → Integrations, paste it into your assistant and approve the connection on Drummer’s consent page. Moments it cites link to the call at that second.

Owners and managers switch AI assistants on or off for the whole company; switching off revokes every connection. Each user sees their connected apps and can disconnect any of them.

  4. Capture

A meeting bot for Google Meet and Microsoft Teams

Video calls no longer need a separate recorder. An owner or manager switches the meeting bot on for the company under Settings → Integrations.

A rep can then send the bot to a meeting by pasting a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link on the Calls page. Or connect Google Calendar or Outlook once, and the bot joins your sales meetings by itself. An Upcoming meetings list shows which meetings it will join, with a switch per meeting.

When the bot joins, it posts a recording notice in the meeting chat. After the call, the recording arrives in Drummer as a call and is transcribed and scored like any other. The copy at the recording service is deleted once Drummer has it.

  5. Coaching

A call page built for reviewing

The call page got a new player. Its talk lanes show who talked when, one coloured block per monologue, with a dot for every comment thread. Press and drag on them to scrub through the call.

Scroll down and a floating player follows you, so play, skip 10 seconds and speed stay in reach while you read the transcript. On a video call the video floats along as a small tile.

Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere on the page to search the transcript. A Comments tab lists every thread on the call in time order.

A link to a call can now open at a moment: add ?t= with the number of seconds and the player starts there.

  6. Mobile

The phone app for in-person visits

Drummer now has a phone app for iOS and Android, for the meetings that happen across a table instead of on a screen. Reps sign in with a code sent to their email.

Tick the consent box, press record and put the phone away: recording carries on with the screen locked. Pause and resume continue the same recording, a phone call pauses it and it picks up again after, and it stops by itself after 4 hours. On iPhone, a Live Activity shows the recording and its clock on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island.

Finished recordings upload through a queue that survives a weak connection. The calls list shows each call with its score, and a tap opens the score and the comments.

  7. Coaching

Six conversation metrics, judged per call type

Every call now gets six conversation metrics: talk ratio, longest monologue, longest customer story, patience, interactivity and question rate. They appear on the call page next to the scores.

Each metric lands in one of three bands: On track, Worth a look or Focus area. Targets depend on the call type. A discovery call is measured against a 46% talk ratio, a demo against 65% and a cold call against 55%. Set the type by hand, or let Drummer infer it from the call.

A metric in Focus area becomes an attention point. The calls list shows how many each call has; hover the icon to see which. Click the longest monologue or customer story and the player jumps to it.

  8. Insights

    Rep overview

Managers now have Rep overview: one page that puts every rep side by side, next to the team figure. It opens on the last 30 days and filters on reps, teams, call types and dates.

Four tabs cover the ground. Activity counts recordings, average duration and time on calls. Interaction averages the conversation metrics. Scorecards shows the scores on the scorecard you pick. Coaching counts the comments each rep received and gave.

Switch any figure to Trend to follow it over the period: a dashed team line plus one line per rep. Click a rep and the calls list opens with their calls for the same filters.

  9. Workspace

    Roles, teams and invites

Drummer has a Settings area for running the workspace. Users & organization lists everyone with their role, status and when they were last active.

Three roles decide what people can do. Owners and managers invite and manage people and teams; members record and review their own calls and see only those.

Click anyone to open their profile: change their role, add them to a team, resend or cancel an invite, or remove and later reactivate them. Invite member asks for a name, an email, a role and teams in one dialog.

Under Teams, group people and pick a team lead. On Calls and Rep overview, picking a team selects its reps in one click.

    Scorecards, scored on every call

Managers now build scorecards on the Scorecards page: a name, an objective and 1 to 10 criteria. Each criterion gets an instruction for the AI and is scored 1 to 5 or yes/no. Drag the criteria to put them in order.

Once a call’s rep is known, Drummer scores the call against every active scorecard. The call page shows the total out of 5 per scorecard and, for every criterion, the score, the reasoning behind it and the quotes it rests on. Click a quote and the player jumps to that moment.

A scorecard that has been used keeps its criteria fixed, so scores stay comparable; archive it when you stop using it. A failed scoring shows as failed, and a manager can retry it.

    Call summaries and Ask Drummer

Every call now opens with a short summary under its title, written once the transcript is ready. You know what a call was about before you press play.

Next to the scores, a new Ask Drummer tab takes free questions about the call: what objections came up, what the customer said about budget, what the rep promised to send. The answer streams in as it is written, and every moment it refers to is a timestamp that moves the player there.

Not sure where to start? Four suggested questions are ready to click. Stop an answer halfway, or start over with a fresh question.

  12. Capture

Transcripts that know who is talking

Every call you upload is now transcribed automatically. The calls list shows a badge while the transcript is on its way.

The transcript sits under the player on the call page, one block per monologue. Drummer works out which speaker is the rep and shows their name; everyone else is Prospect 1, 2 or 3, in the order they first speak.

The transcript follows playback and marks the sentence being spoken. Click any sentence to jump the player there. Search highlights every match, counts them, and steps through them with Enter, the player seeking along with each one.

Comment threads on the moment that matters

Feedback now lives on the exact moment of a call. Right-click a sentence in the transcript and choose Start thread, or comment at the playhead while you listen.

Threads hold a conversation: reply, format with Markdown, and react with one of eight emoji. Resolve a thread once it is handled and reopen it if it is not. Authors edit or delete their own comments; managers can remove any.

Every thread shows as a dot under the player. Click the dot and the player jumps to that moment with the thread open, so a rep goes straight from the feedback to what they said.

    Upload a recording

Any sales call you already recorded can now go into Drummer. Open Calls and drag the file onto the page, or pick it from your computer. Audio and video both work.

Large files go up in parts, straight to storage, with a progress bar that shows how far along the upload is. You can cancel it halfway if you picked the wrong file.

Once the upload finishes, the call shows up in your calls list and opens on its own call page with a player. Reps see their own calls; managers see the calls of the whole team.
