Signals
Know who is ready to buy before they call you.
Drummer watches buying signals, digs up deals worth reopening and finds prospects that fit your ICP, then puts them in the rep’s queue with a reason.

Signals turned into named accounts.
Website visits, pricing-page revisits, content downloads and the triggers you define become a named account showing intent, with what they looked at and when.
- Pricing page twice in a week, not once by accident
- Your own triggers: a job post, a new location, a funding round
- Matched to the account and the owner in your CRM
Hidden gems in your own CRM.
Lost and stalled deals worth reopening, leads still waiting for a follow-up, and former champions who moved to a new company. Drummer reads your calls and records to find the ones where the reason for no has changed.
Prospects that fit your ICP.
Drummer learns your ideal customer from the deals you already won: industry, size, region, the roles that signed. It proposes look-alike accounts and the people to talk to there, and skips the ones you already work.
Into the rep’s queue, with a reason and a first draft.
Each signal arrives as a step in Focus mode: why it matters, who to contact and a first message to send. The rep does it, queues it or skips it; nobody gets a wall of alerts.

Questions sales leaders ask us
Where do the signals come from?
From visits to your website, including pricing-page revisits and content downloads, from your own CRM and calls, and from the triggers you define. Drummer matches each signal to an account and its owner in your CRM, so a rep sees which company is showing intent, not just an anonymous visit.
Do we need a separate data provider?
No. Signals, hidden gems and ICP prospects are part of Drummer and work with the CRM and website you already have. There is no extra contract to sign and no separate tool for reps; everything Drummer finds lands in the same queue as their follow-ups.
How does Drummer decide a deal is worth reopening?
It reads why the deal stalled or was lost, in the calls and the CRM, and watches for that reason to change: a budget cycle that came round, a competitor contract that ends, a champion who moved, a site that opens. Each suggestion says what changed, so the rep can judge it in seconds.
Can we set our own triggers?
Yes. Besides website and CRM signals, you define the triggers that matter in your market: a page visited twice, a job opening for a role you sell to, a new location, a deal untouched for 30 days. Each trigger says who gets the step and how urgent it is.
Do reps get flooded with alerts?
No. Signals do not arrive as notifications but as steps in Focus mode, next to the follow-ups from their calls, each with a reason and a first draft. Reps do it, queue it with a due date or skip it, and Drummer learns from what they skip.
