Most of your sales meetings already run on Google Meet. Drummer adds no step to them. The drummer notetaker reads the rep’s calendar, joins the sales meetings with external attendees on time and tells everyone on the call that it records.

When the call ends, it lands in Drummer transcribed in 60+ languages, Dutch, French and German included, with the speakers separated and the rep identified. It is scored against your scorecard with a timestamp per criterion, summarised, and turned into a follow-up email draft and CRM updates the rep approves in one click.

Processing stays in the EU, and the meeting media is deleted at the recording provider once Drummer has its copy.

Questions about Drummer and Google Meet

Does the notetaker join internal meetings?

No. Drummer sends the notetaker only to meetings with external attendees, so stand-ups, one-to-ones and team meetings stay unrecorded. A rep can still switch it on for a single internal meeting, or switch it off for a sales meeting, from the Upcoming list in Drummer.

Can prospects see that the call is recorded?

Yes. The drummer notetaker joins as a visible participant with its own name and announces at the start that the call is recorded. Prospects know from the first minute. If someone prefers not to be recorded, the rep removes the notetaker from the call, like any other participant.

What happens to the recording after the call?

Drummer copies the media to its own storage in the EU, on AWS in Frankfurt, and then deletes it at the recording provider. The transcript, scorecard and summary are processed in the EU. We do not train our models on your data. Ever. Access follows your roles, with SSO.
