Your CRM, finally up to date. Without anyone typing.

Works inside the CRM you already run.
Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Teamleader Focus or Attio: Drummer connects through the CRM’s own API and works with your objects, pipelines and fields. Reps keep working where they work; there is no new tool to learn and nothing to migrate.
It writes back what reps forget.
Fields, including MEDDIC, BANT and your own custom fields, notes, tasks, new contacts and stage changes: after every call, Drummer fills in what was said, in the record it belongs to.
- Standard and custom fields, on deals, contacts and companies
- Call notes and tasks with a link back to the moment
- Stage changes when the customer agreed to one

Every change is traceable.
For each value Drummer writes you see what changed, from which call and which moment, who approved it and when. One click plays the moment; one click undoes the change.

CRM hygiene on autopilot.
Every night Drummer looks for what slipped: deals stuck in a stage, contacts named on a call but missing on the deal, duplicate records, open deals without a next step. Each issue arrives with a proposed fix, waiting for Fix or Skip.
Reps approve, RevOps sets the rules.
Decide per field what Drummer may write directly, what waits for the rep’s approval and what it only reads. Roles decide who sees what, and your CRM’s own permissions still apply to every write.
Questions sales leaders ask us
Which CRMs does Drummer work with?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Teamleader Focus and Attio. An admin connects the CRM once through its own API. Drummer then reads deals, contacts, companies and fields for context and writes back after every call, so reps keep working in the CRM they know.
Do we need to change our CRM setup or fields?
No. Drummer works with the objects, pipelines, stages and fields you already have, custom ones included. You choose which fields it may fill in; nothing is added to your data model and nothing is migrated. RevOps keeps owning the CRM, and Drummer keeps it filled in.
Can Drummer write to our custom fields?
Yes. Any field you allow, standard or custom, on deals, contacts or companies: a MEDDIC champion, a decision date, a competitor field, a product picklist. Drummer reads the field’s type and options from the CRM, so a picklist gets one of its own values, never free text.
Can we see and undo what Drummer changed?
Yes. Every change Drummer writes has an audit trail: the field, the old and new value, the call and the moment it came from, who approved it and when. You can play the moment to check the reason and undo the change in one click, and nothing is ever overwritten silently.
Who approves CRM updates?
The rep whose call it was, unless RevOps lets a field be written directly. Per field you choose: writes directly, the rep approves, or read only. Approvals happen in Focus mode on the web or the phone, in the same pass as the follow-up email and the tasks.
