Drummer’s MCP server lets the assistant you already use read your calls, transcripts and scorecards. Connect once with OAuth, then ask from the chat you have open all day.
The same permissions as the app.
Members see only their own calls, managers their team, in Drummer and in every assistant connected to it. Switch AI assistants off for the company and every connection ends at once.
Questions sales leaders ask us
What can I ask Drummer?
Anything about one call or all of them: what the customer said about budget, which objections came up this month, who skipped the economic buyer, how a rep handles pricing. Answers stream in within seconds, and every claim carries the timestamp of the moment it comes from, so you can play it and check.
In which languages can I ask?
In English, Dutch, French, German or any of the more than 60 languages Drummer transcribes, about calls held in any of them. Ask in Dutch about a French call and you get a Dutch answer that quotes the customer in French, with the timestamp to hear it yourself.
How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?
An owner switches AI assistants on for the company once. Then add Drummer as a connector in Claude, Claude Code or ChatGPT and sign in with your Drummer account through OAuth. The assistant can now read your calls, transcripts and scorecards when you ask it to, and you can disconnect it at any time.
What data can a connected assistant see?
Exactly what you can see in Drummer, and only to read. Members reach their own calls, managers their team. The assistant reads calls, transcripts and scorecards through Drummer’s MCP server and cannot change anything. Every user sees which apps are connected and can revoke them in one click.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Ever. Drummer does not train models on your calls, transcripts or questions, and the models it uses run in the EU under agreements that rule out training on your data. What you send to Claude or ChatGPT falls under your agreement with them; their business plans keep the same promise.
