Zoom stays the tool your reps and your buyers already use. The drummer notetaker joins the sales calls on the rep’s calendar, and any call the rep pastes a link for, then announces that it records so everyone knows from the start.

When the call ends it lands in Drummer transcribed in 60+ languages, with the speakers separated and the rep identified. It is scored against your scorecard, summarised, and turned into a follow-up email draft in the call’s language plus the CRM updates the rep approves.

Media is processed in the EU and deleted at the recording provider once Drummer has its copy. We don’t train our models on your data. Ever.

Questions about Drummer and Zoom

What if a Zoom call is not in the calendar?

The rep pastes the Zoom link into Drummer and the notetaker joins the call. Everything after that works the same as for a scheduled meeting: the announcement that it records, the transcript, the scorecard, the summary and the follow-up draft. There is no separate app or plug-in to install.

Can a prospect ask not to be recorded?

Yes. The notetaker announces at the start that it records, so the question comes up before anything of substance is said. If a prospect objects, the rep removes the notetaker from the Zoom call like any participant. For later meetings with that account, the rep switches the notetaker off in the Upcoming list.

Is the recording stored at Zoom or at Drummer?

At Drummer, in the EU. The notetaker records as a participant, so nothing depends on Zoom cloud recording. Drummer copies the media to AWS in Frankfurt and deletes it at the recording provider. We do not train our models on your data. Ever. Access follows your roles and SSO.
