Much of a sales week happens on the phone, and those calls usually disappear the moment they end. With Aircall connected, every recorded call lands in Drummer on its own, next to the video meetings of the same deal.
Drummer matches the number to the contact and deal in your CRM, transcribes the call in the language it was held in, scores it against your scorecards and drafts the follow-up. Managers coach on phone calls with the same timestamps and comment threads as any meeting.
An Aircall admin connects it once. Reps keep their dialer and their routine.

Questions about Drummer and Aircall
Do reps have to do anything differently?
No. Reps call from Aircall exactly as they do today. Aircall records the call, Drummer picks up the recording after the hang-up and does the rest: the transcript, the scorecard, CRM notes and a follow-up draft in Focus mode. The only new moment for the rep is approving that follow-up.
How does a phone call end up on the right deal?
Drummer looks up the phone number in your CRM, finds the contact and their open deal, and links the call to it. When a contact sits on more than one open deal, the rep confirms the right one with a single click in Drummer, and the notes and next steps follow.
Does each call land with the right rep?
Yes. Each call lands with the rep who made it, matched to the contact and the deal in your CRM. It shows up among that rep's calls next to their meetings, the twin drafts the follow-up for that rep, and their manager sees the score like any other call.
