The notetaker joins your meetings.

Drummer’s notetaker joins Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex, booked from the rep’s Google or Outlook calendar. It announces itself when it joins, so everyone on the call knows it is being recorded.

  • Booked from the calendar, no link to paste
  • Meetings with customers only; internal ones are left alone
  • Send it into a meeting that already started

Phone calls, through the dialer you use.

Calls made with Aircall, Ringover, Dialpad or RingCentral are recorded and land next to the meetings, transcribed, scored and summarised the same way.

In person, with the phone app.

Showroom consults, site visits and lunches never happen on Zoom. The iOS and Android app records them with the screen locked, offline if it has to, and the call joins the others within minutes.

Questions sales leaders ask us

Which meeting platforms does Drummer record?

Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex, through the Drummer notetaker. Phone calls come in through Aircall, Ringover, Dialpad and RingCentral, in-person meetings through the iOS and Android app, and any other recording can be uploaded as an audio or video file. Everything lands in the same place.

How does the notetaker know which meetings to join?

Each rep connects their Google or Outlook calendar once. The notetaker then books itself onto every meeting with someone from outside your company and leaves internal meetings alone. Reps can switch it on or off per meeting, or send it into a meeting that has already started.

How is recording consent handled?

The notetaker joins under its own name and announces in the meeting that the call is being recorded, so every participant knows. In the phone app the rep confirms consent before recording. You decide how long recordings are kept, and every recording is processed and stored in the EU.

Which languages are transcribed, and does it handle Flemish and switching to English?

Drummer transcribes more than 60 languages, including Dutch, French, German and English, and detects the language as people speak. Flemish and Netherlands Dutch are both simply Dutch to it, and a call that switches between Dutch and English mid-sentence is transcribed the way it was spoken.

Where is the audio processed?

In the European Union. Recordings are stored on AWS in Frankfurt, transcription runs on EU servers and the language models are hosted in the EU. Nothing is used to train models, and a recording the notetaker makes is deleted at the meeting service once Drummer has its copy.
