For many European enterprise teams, Teams is where sales meetings happen. The drummer notetaker joins them from the rep’s calendar, whether the meeting is yours or the customer’s, and announces at the start that it records.

After the call the rep has a transcript with the speakers separated, a scorecard with a timestamp behind every criterion, a summary and a follow-up email draft in the language of the call. The CRM updates wait in Focus mode, so the rep moves on to the next meeting with nothing left to type.

Processing happens in the EU, on AWS in Frankfurt. The meeting media is deleted at the recording provider once Drummer has its copy.

Questions about Drummer and Microsoft Teams

Do reps need to change anything in Teams?

No. Reps schedule and run Teams meetings exactly as they do today. The notetaker reads the invite from their connected calendar and joins on time. For a meeting that is not in the calendar, the rep pastes the Teams link into Drummer and the notetaker joins that one too.

Does it work when the customer hosts the Teams meeting?

Yes. The notetaker joins through the meeting link, whoever organised it. When the customer's Teams settings put guests in the lobby, the host admits the notetaker like any other external participant. Once inside, it announces that it records, so everyone on the call knows.

Which languages does Drummer transcribe?

More than 60, including Dutch, French, German and English. Drummer separates the speakers, identifies the rep automatically and writes the follow-up email draft in the language the call was held in. Everything is processed in the EU, on AWS in Frankfurt, and the meeting media is deleted at the recording provider afterwards.

Give every rep a day back, starting next week.
