Drummer + HubSpot
Deals stay current on their own: notes, next steps, stage and qualification properties after every call.
Every call fills in HubSpot
The rep talks. Drummer writes what was agreed into the record, with the moment in the call that proves it.

Written by Drummer
HubSpot already holds your pipeline. Drummer gives every rep an AI twin that keeps it honest: after each call the twin logs the notes on the deal timeline, sets the next steps, creates the follow-up tasks and moves the deal stage when the conversation earns it. The rep approves in one click.
Webhooks keep Drummer current the moment something changes in HubSpot, so the account brief before a call and the updates after it always start from today’s data. Qualification properties fill themselves from what the buyer said, each with the timestamp that proves it.
No migration, no new tool. A super admin connects HubSpot once, picks which properties Drummer may write to, and your reps keep the screens they know.

Questions about Drummer and HubSpot
Does Drummer replace HubSpot?
No. HubSpot stays your system of record and the place your reps work. Drummer sits on top of it: it reads your companies, contacts and deals, and writes the outcome of every call back as notes, tasks, stage changes and properties. Your pipelines, reports and workflows keep running exactly as they do today.
How does Drummer stay in sync with HubSpot?
HubSpot sends Drummer a webhook whenever a company, contact or deal changes, so a deal that moved this morning is already current before the next call. Drummer writes back through the HubSpot API, and every write is logged with the field, the old and new value and the call moment behind it.
Can our HubSpot workflows react to what Drummer writes?
Yes. Drummer writes regular HubSpot notes, tasks, deal stages and properties, so anything you built on them keeps working: workflows, sequences, lead scoring and reports. When the twin moves a deal to the next stage after the rep approves, the workflows that hang on that stage run as usual.
Teams that connect HubSpot also connect
- Google MeetThe notetaker joins every Google Meet sales call, and the call lands in Drummer transcribed and scored.
- GmailFollow-ups drafted in the call's language, sent from the rep's own Gmail after one click.
- ZoomEvery Zoom sales call recorded, transcribed in its own language and scored against your scorecard.
- SlackLow scores, attention points and comment mentions, posted where your managers already work.
