A rep’s calendar already knows which meetings matter. Drummer reads it: every upcoming meeting with external attendees shows up in the Upcoming list, and the drummer notetaker joins it on Google Meet, Teams, Zoom or Webex without the rep doing anything.
Before the call, the AI twin prepares an account brief so the rep walks in knowing the account. A toggle per meeting keeps the rep in charge: switch the notetaker off for one meeting, or on for an internal one.
Each rep connects their own Google Calendar once. Internal meetings stay unrecorded by default.

Questions about Drummer and Google Calendar
Which meetings does the notetaker join?
Meetings with at least one external attendee, on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex. Internal meetings stay unrecorded unless the rep turns the notetaker on for them. Each upcoming meeting has its own toggle in the Upcoming list, so a rep can change the choice for a single meeting.
What does Drummer prepare before a call?
An account brief built from what Drummer already knows: the CRM record, earlier calls with the same account and the attendees on the invite. The rep reads it in the minutes before the meeting instead of clicking through notes and email threads, so every call starts from where the last one ended.
Do reps need to change how they book meetings?
No. Reps keep booking in Google Calendar the way they do today, on whichever video tool the buyer prefers. Drummer reads the invite, so a moved or newly added meeting shows up in the Upcoming list and the notetaker follows the new time. Reps only act when they want to skip one.
