Drummer + Gmail
Follow-ups drafted in the call's language, sent from the rep's own Gmail after one click.
The follow-up is written before the rep is back at their desk
Drummer drafts it in the language of the call. The rep reads it and decides: Do, Queue or Skip.

SubjectPricing for your three showrooms
Thanks for your time today, An. As promised, here is the pricing for the three showrooms. I have pencilled in thirty minutes on 5 November to walk your store managers through it, well before the board meets on the twelfth.
Written by Drummer
The hardest part of a good call is the email after it. Drummer’s AI twin writes that follow-up for every rep, in the language the call was held in, with the next steps the customer agreed to. It waits in Focus mode; one click on Do sends it.
It goes out from the rep’s own Gmail as a reply in the existing thread, so the customer sees a normal email from the person they spoke to. A copy is logged on the CRM deal next to the call.
Nothing is sent without the rep’s approval. Each rep connects their own mailbox, and every send can be undone.
What moves between Gmail and Drummer
Drummer reads
- The rep's own mailbox, connected by the rep
- The thread with the people in the meeting
- The rep's sender name and signature
Drummer writes back
- A follow-up drafted in the language of the call
- The next steps the customer agreed to, in writing
- A reply in the existing thread, from the rep's own address
- A copy of the sent email on the CRM deal
Set up once, in minutes
Each rep connects their own mailbox, in two clicks.
- 1Each rep connects their own Gmail account with Google sign-in.
- 2After a call, the twin drafts the follow-up and puts it in Focus mode.
- 3The rep reads it, edits if needed and chooses Do, Queue or Skip.
- 4On Do, Gmail sends it and Drummer logs it on the deal.
Questions about Drummer and Gmail
Is the email sent automatically?
No. Every follow-up waits in Focus mode until the rep decides. Do sends it from their own Gmail, Queue keeps it for later and Skip drops it. Each choice can be undone, so a click made too fast is no problem. Nothing leaves the mailbox without the rep's approval.
Which language is the follow-up written in?
The language of the call. A meeting held in Dutch gets a Dutch follow-up and one held in French gets a French one, even when the rep usually writes in English. Drummer transcribes more than 60 languages, German included, and the rep can still edit the draft before it goes out.
Where does the sent email show up?
In three places: in the rep's Gmail sent folder, as a reply in the thread with the customer, and on the CRM deal next to the call it came from. The customer sees a normal email from the person they spoke to, not from a tool, so replies land in the rep's inbox.
Teams that connect Gmail also connect
- Google CalendarDrummer reads each rep's Google Calendar, sends the notetaker to sales meetings and preps every call.
- Google MeetThe notetaker joins every Google Meet sales call, and the call lands in Drummer transcribed and scored.
- HubSpotDeals stay current on their own: notes, next steps, stage and qualification properties after every call.
