RingCentral already records your team’s calls. Drummer turns those recordings into work done: each call arrives after it ends, matched to the contact and deal in your CRM, and is transcribed in the language it was held in.

The rep’s AI twin writes the CRM notes and next steps and drafts the follow-up; the rep approves in Focus mode. The call is scored against your scorecards, so managers see how phone conversations go without listening to them end to end.

One admin connects RingCentral for the whole team. Reps keep using it the way they do today.

Questions about Drummer and RingCentral

Does every rep need to connect RingCentral?

No. One admin connects RingCentral for the whole account with OAuth. Each call then lands with the rep who made it, matched to the contact and deal, without any setup on the rep's side. Reps only notice the difference after the call, when the follow-up is already waiting for them.

Can we coach on phone calls the way we coach on meetings?

Yes. Phone calls use the same scorecards, attention points and comment threads. A manager can pin a comment to the moment a rep handled the price question, mention them and get a reply, without listening to the whole call first. Every criterion on the scorecard links to its moment.

Does Drummer train on our call recordings?

No. We don't train our models on your data. Ever. Recordings and transcripts are processed in the EU, in AWS Frankfurt, and stay inside your Drummer account, where roles decide who sees what. Members see only their own calls, and single sign-on keeps access under your control.

Give every rep a day back, starting next week.

Thirty minutes, on your own calls and your own CRM. No migration, nothing for your reps to learn.
