Ask ChatGPT about your calls and scorecards, with read-only access through Drummer's MCP server.
Ask ChatGPT about every call
Connected over MCP, ChatGPT reads your calls, transcripts and scorecards, and answers with the timestamps to prove it.

Sales leaders already ask ChatGPT for help with plans and reviews. With Drummer’s MCP server, it can answer from your own calls. Connect with OAuth and ask: “Which reps skipped the economic buyer this week?” ChatGPT reads the calls, transcripts and scorecards to find out.
Access is read-only and follows Drummer’s roles: a member’s ChatGPT sees only that member’s calls. Nothing in Drummer or your CRM can be changed from ChatGPT.
The company owner switches the MCP server on for the company. Every user sees which apps they connected and can revoke them at any moment.

Questions about Drummer and ChatGPT
Which AI apps can read our calls?
Only the ones a user connects, and only after the company owner switches the MCP server on. Each connection is read-only and tied to one user, so it sees what that user sees. Every user can view the apps they connected in Drummer and revoke any of them, after which that app loses access.
Can ChatGPT write to our CRM through Drummer?
No. The MCP server only reads. ChatGPT can use calls, transcripts and scorecards to answer a question, but it cannot update a deal, send an email, change a score or delete anything. Writes to the CRM stay with the AI twin in Drummer, and the rep approves each one.
What kind of questions can we ask?
Anything your calls can answer. "Which reps skipped the economic buyer this week?" "What did prospects say about our pricing in October?" "How does our top-scoring rep open a discovery call?" ChatGPT answers from the calls, transcripts and scorecards the signed-in user can see, so every answer starts from real conversations.
