Which reps skipped the economic buyer this week?
Three of this week’s 14 discovery calls never named the economic buyer:
- Jonas Maes, Verbeke Keukens14:20
- Sara Claes, Delmont Logistics08:03
- Tom Wouters, Haven Industrie22:51

Your calls hold the answers to most pipeline questions, but nobody has time to listen to all of them. Drummer’s MCP server lets Claude read them for you. Connect once with OAuth, then ask in plain language: “Which reps skipped the economic buyer this week?” or “What did customers say about pricing in last week’s demos?”
Claude reads calls, transcripts and scorecards, and only those the signed-in user is allowed to see. Access is read-only, so nothing in Drummer or your CRM changes. Claude Code connects the same way.
The company owner decides whether the MCP server is on at all. Each user sees the apps they connected and can revoke any of them in one click.

Questions about Drummer and Claude
Can Claude change anything in Drummer?
No. The MCP server is read-only. Claude can read calls, transcripts and scorecards to answer a question, but it cannot edit a score, send a follow-up, update the CRM or delete anything. Those actions stay in Drummer, where the AI twin prepares them and reps approve them in Focus mode.
Which calls can Claude see?
The same calls the signed-in user can see in Drummer, nothing more. Claude connects as that user through OAuth, so your roles still apply: a member's Claude sees only that member's calls. Each user sees which apps they connected and can revoke any of them, and the owner can switch the server off.
Does it work with Claude Code?
Yes. Claude Code connects to the same MCP server with the same OAuth sign-in. That suits RevOps people who already work in a terminal: pull the scorecard results for a quarter, compare criteria across teams, or draft a coaching summary from real transcripts, all with read-only access.
