Drummer + Outlook

The follow-up after every call, written for the rep and sent from their own Outlook.

The follow-up is written before the rep is back at their desk

Drummer drafts it in the language of the call. The rep reads it and decides: Do, Queue or Skip.

SubjectPricing for your three showrooms

Thanks for your time today, An. As promised, here is the pricing for the three showrooms. I have pencilled in thirty minutes on 5 November to walk your store managers through it, well before the board meets on the twelfth.

Written by Drummer

After a call, the follow-up is the job that slips. Drummer’s AI twin writes it for each rep in the language the meeting was held in, with the next steps that were agreed, and puts it in Focus mode. The rep reads it and clicks Do.

The email leaves from the rep’s own Outlook as a reply in the existing thread. The customer gets a normal message from the person they met, and replies come back to that person’s inbox.

Every sent follow-up is logged on the CRM deal next to the call, so managers see what was promised without asking. Each rep connects their own mailbox, and nothing goes out without their approval.

What moves between Outlook and Drummer

Drummer reads

  • The rep's Outlook mailbox, connected by the rep
  • The thread with the meeting attendees
  • The rep's sender name and signature

Drummer writes back

  • A follow-up in the language the call was held in
  • The next steps agreed on the call
  • A reply in the existing thread, sent from the rep's address
  • The sent email, logged on the CRM deal

Set up once, in minutes

Each rep connects their own mailbox, in two clicks.

  1. 1Each rep connects their own Outlook mailbox with their Microsoft account.
  2. 2The twin drafts a follow-up after every call and places it in Focus mode.
  3. 3The rep checks the draft and picks Do, Queue or Skip. Undo is one click away.
  4. 4On Do, the email leaves from Outlook and is logged on the deal.

Questions about Drummer and Outlook

Does Drummer ever send an email on its own?

No. The twin drafts, the rep decides. Each follow-up waits in Focus mode until the rep picks Do, Queue or Skip, and every choice can be undone. Drummer never sends from a shared or generic address either: the email leaves from the rep's own Outlook, under their own name.

Can reps change the draft before it goes out?

Yes. The full draft is editable: subject, recipients and body. Reps can rewrite a sentence, add a colleague in cc or cut a paragraph, then send. The draft already follows the language of the call and the next steps agreed in it, so the starting point reflects the actual conversation.

How does the email end up on the CRM deal?

Drummer already knows which deal the call belongs to, because it matched the meeting attendees to contacts in your CRM. When the rep sends the follow-up, a copy is logged on that deal next to the call notes, so anyone who opens the deal sees what was promised and when.

Give every rep a day back, starting next week.

Thirty minutes, on your own calls and your own CRM. No migration, nothing for your reps to learn.
