For teams on Microsoft 365, the Outlook calendar is where the week is planned. Drummer reads each rep’s calendar, lists the upcoming meetings with external attendees and sends the drummer notetaker to them, on Teams, Zoom, Webex or Google Meet.
Before each sales meeting, the AI twin prepares an account brief so the rep starts informed. The Upcoming list has a toggle per meeting, so a rep can keep one call off the record or bring the notetaker into an internal one.
Each rep connects their own Outlook Calendar once. After that the calendar runs the capture, and the rep runs the meeting.

Questions about Drummer and Outlook Calendar
Does the notetaker only work with Teams meetings?
No. Outlook invites often carry a Teams link, but buyers send Zoom, Webex and Google Meet invites too. The notetaker joins whichever of the four the invite holds. Reps accept the invite in Outlook as usual, and the meeting appears in their Upcoming list in Drummer with its own toggle.
Can a rep keep one meeting off the record?
Yes. Every upcoming meeting in the Upcoming list has a toggle. Switch it off and the notetaker stays away from that meeting; switch it on and it joins an internal one too. The choice is per meeting, so the default stays in place for everything else on the rep's calendar.
Does a manager connect the calendars for the team?
No. Each rep connects their own Outlook Calendar, once, from Drummer. That keeps access personal, and every rep sees their own Upcoming list. An admin can allow the notetaker for the whole workspace, so reps do not each have to switch it on before their first sales meeting.
