Ringover handles your team’s calls; Drummer makes sure they count. Every recorded call reaches Drummer after the hang-up, linked to the contact and deal in your CRM, so a phone conversation sits in the same deal history as the video meetings around it.

The call is transcribed in its own language, scored against your scorecards with a timestamp per criterion, and turned into CRM notes, next steps and a follow-up the rep approves in one click.

Your admin connects it once. Numbers, routing and the Ringover app stay exactly as they are.

Questions about Drummer and Ringover

Do we need to change our Ringover setup?

No. Your numbers, teams and call routing stay as they are. An admin connects Drummer once with OAuth, and from then on every call Ringover records also reaches Drummer. Reps keep dialling from the Ringover app they already use, and nobody has to install or learn anything new.

What happens to calls in Dutch, French or German?

They are transcribed in the language they were held in. Drummer handles more than 60 languages and separates the speakers, so the manager reads who said what. The follow-up the twin drafts is written in the language of the call too, not in the rep's default language.

Who can listen to a phone call in Drummer?

Access follows the roles you set in Drummer. Members see only their own calls, so one rep cannot open another rep's phone conversations. Recordings and transcripts are stored and processed in the EU, in AWS Frankfurt, and we don't train our models on your data. Ever.

Give every rep a day back, starting next week.

Thirty minutes, on your own calls and your own CRM. No migration, nothing for your reps to learn.
