Webex is common in large European organisations, and often it is the buyer who sends the invite. The drummer notetaker joins the sales meetings on the rep’s calendar either way, and announces at the start that it records.

After the call, Drummer has the transcript with the speakers separated, a scorecard with a timestamp per criterion, a summary and a follow-up email draft in the call’s language. The CRM updates and tasks wait in Focus mode for the rep to approve.

Everything is processed in the EU. The meeting media is deleted at the recording provider once Drummer has its copy, and we don’t train our models on your data. Ever.

Questions about Drummer and Webex

Do we have to install anything in Webex?

No. The notetaker joins as a participant through the meeting link, the same way a guest would. There is no Webex app to deploy and nothing for reps to configure. Each rep connects a calendar once, and an admin can allow the notetaker for the whole workspace in Drummer.

Does it handle calls in Dutch, French or German?

Yes. Drummer transcribes more than 60 languages, including Dutch, French and German, separates the speakers and identifies the rep automatically. The follow-up email draft is written in the language the call was held in, so a meeting held in French gets a follow-up in French.

Where is a Webex call processed?

In the EU, on AWS in Frankfurt. Drummer copies the meeting media there and deletes it at the recording provider. Transcripts, scorecards and summaries stay in the EU, behind SSO, roles and an audit trail. We do not train our models on your data. Ever.
