Phone calls are often where deals move, yet they rarely leave a trace in the CRM. With Dialpad connected, every recorded call reaches Drummer when it ends and lands on the right contact and deal.

From there it is treated like any meeting: transcribed in its own language, scored against your scorecards, summarised into CRM notes and next steps, and turned into a follow-up the rep approves in Focus mode.

Managers see the whole deal, calls and meetings together, and coach on both with the same timestamped comments.

Questions about Drummer and Dialpad

Are phone calls scored the same way as meetings?

Yes. A Dialpad call goes through the same scorecards as a video meeting, and each criterion links to the moment in the call that earned or lost the point. Managers leave comments on those moments, mention the rep and reply in the thread, so phone coaching works exactly like meeting coaching.

Where is our call data processed?

In the EU. Drummer stores and processes recordings and transcripts in AWS Frankfurt, under GDPR, and we don't train our models on your data. Ever. Access is set by role, members see only their own calls, and single sign-on keeps the login under your own identity provider.

Who has to connect Dialpad?

One Dialpad admin, once, with OAuth. The admin picks which teams' calls Drummer receives, and no rep has to connect anything. From then on, each call lands with the rep who made it, matched to the contact and deal in your CRM, ready to be scored and followed up.

Give every rep a day back, starting next week.

Thirty minutes, on your own calls and your own CRM. No migration, nothing for your reps to learn.
