Drummer + WhatsApp

Follow-ups as WhatsApp messages, for showroom and field teams whose customers reply there.

The follow-up is written before the rep is back at their desk

Drummer drafts it in the language of the call. The rep reads it and decides: Do, Queue or Skip.

Drummer

From the call with An Peeters

  • Pricing for three showrooms by Friday
  • Board decides on 12 November
  • Wants a second session with the store managers

ToAn Peeters

Thanks for your time today, An. As promised, here is the pricing for the three showrooms. I have pencilled in thirty minutes on 5 November to walk your store managers through it, well before the board meets on the twelfth.

Written by Drummer

Not every customer reads email. In showrooms and field sales, the conversation often continues on WhatsApp. Drummer lets the AI twin write the follow-up there: a short message in the language of the conversation, with the next step that was agreed.

The message waits in Focus mode like every other follow-up. When the rep clicks Do, it goes out through your WhatsApp Business account and is logged on the contact and deal in your CRM, so the history stays complete.

No personal phones, no copying from notes, and nothing sent without the rep’s approval.

What moves between WhatsApp and Drummer

Drummer reads

  • Your company's WhatsApp Business account
  • Customer mobile numbers from the CRM contact
  • The language the call was held in

Drummer writes back

  • A follow-up written as a short WhatsApp message
  • The next step that was agreed, in the customer's language
  • Sent through WhatsApp Business after the rep clicks Do
  • The message logged on the CRM contact and deal

Set up once, in minutes

An admin connects it once for the whole company.

  1. 1An admin connects your WhatsApp Business account to Drummer once.
  2. 2After a call, the twin drafts the follow-up as a WhatsApp message.
  3. 3The rep reviews it in Focus mode and picks Do, Queue or Skip.
  4. 4On Do, WhatsApp Business sends it and Drummer logs it in the CRM.

Questions about Drummer and WhatsApp

Is the message sent from the rep's personal phone?

No. Messages go out through your company's WhatsApp Business account, not from a personal number. That keeps customer conversations with the company when a rep moves on, and keeps private phones out of it. The rep still decides on every single message in Focus mode before anything is sent.

Can a customer get a message the rep did not approve?

No. The twin drafts, the rep decides. Each WhatsApp follow-up waits in Focus mode until the rep picks Do, Queue or Skip, and every choice can be undone. Nothing reaches a customer without that click, and every message that does go out is logged on the contact and deal.

When does WhatsApp make more sense than email?

When your customers answer WhatsApp faster than email. That is often the case in showrooms and field sales, where the buyer met the rep in person. After a showroom visit, the customer gets a short message in the language of the conversation with the agreed next step, and replies where they already chat.

Give every rep a day back, starting next week.

Thirty minutes, on your own calls and your own CRM. No migration, nothing for your reps to learn.
