Coaching

Score every call against your playbook, with the proof.

Every call is scored automatically, so managers coach on evidence instead of gut feeling.

  • Scorecards from your playbook (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN, SPICED, Challenger or your own), every criterion with its reasoning and timestamp.
  • Six conversation metrics, from talk ratio to question rate, against benchmarks per call type.
  • Comments pinned to the moment in the call, with replies.
  • A rep overview to compare reps and follow trends.

Questions sales leaders ask us

Does Drummer work in Dutch, French and German?

Yes. Drummer transcribes calls in more than 60 languages, including Dutch, French and German, and keeps every speaker apart. Scores, summaries and follow-up emails come out in the language the call was held in, so a Flemish rep's customer gets a Dutch follow-up and a buyer in Lyon gets one in French.

Where is our data stored and processed?

In the EU. Recordings, transcripts and scores are stored in AWS Frankfurt, transcription runs in the EU and the models that read your calls are hosted in the EU. We never use your data to train models, we sign a data processing agreement on request, and you decide how long data is kept.

Do we have to switch CRM?

No. Drummer works inside Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Teamleader and Attio. It reads accounts, contacts and deals, and writes back fields, notes, tasks and stage changes, each with an audit trail. Your CRM stays the system of record, and your reps keep the screens they know.

How does a rollout work?

You connect your CRM and calendars, invite your reps, and the notetaker joins their next meetings. Field reps install the app on their phones. We build your scorecards with you from your own playbook, and our developers sit with your team while it settles in, so the people who build Drummer answer your questions.

How does recording consent work?

The notetaker announces itself when it joins a meeting, so every participant knows the call is recorded. The phone app shows clearly when it records. You set how long recordings and transcripts are kept, and Drummer is built for GDPR and the EU AI Act, with a data processing agreement on request.

Do reps have to change how they work?

No. There is no new tool to learn. After every call the AI twin drafts the follow-up, the CRM updates and the next steps, and the rep approves them with one click, from the inbox and CRM they already use. Nothing goes out in a rep's name without their approval.

Can we use our own sales methodology?

Yes. Start from a template for MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN, SPICED or Challenger, or build a scorecard from your own playbook. A criterion can be a yes or no or a score from 1 to 5, and every score comes with its reasoning and the timestamp in the call that proves it.

Who can see which calls?

Access follows three roles. Owners manage the workspace, managers see the calls of the teams they coach, and members see only their own calls. Sign-in runs through single sign-on with Google and Microsoft Entra ID (SAML), and every change Drummer makes to a record is kept in an audit trail.

Give every rep an AI twin.

A demo given by a human, on your own sales process.
